Volunteer Opportunities
The Laguna Beach Garden Club relies entirely on our volunteers to achieve its goals. Here are some of our current needs:
- Gate & Garden Tour
- This is our BIG annual fundraiser and we need all hands on deck! Our needs are many. Please volunteer to help and we will put you in touch with our volunteer coordinator for this event.
- Gardening
- Volunteering is a great way to learn about gardening! We help to maintain a number of gardens in the community including the LPC Rose Garden, the pocket garden on Forest Ave, multiple pollinator gardens, and more. Would you like to serve on one of our garden crews?
- Raffles
- We hold four raffles a year to help raise funds for the club and we are in need of some raffle coordinators.
- Media Publicity
- Do you have experience writing press releases? Do you know your way around social media?
We are looking for a Director of Media Publicity to serve on our Board of Directors. - Graphic Design
- Do you have a background in Graphic Design? Do you know your way around the Adobe Creative Suite?
We are looking for someone to help with our Membership Book and our Gate & Garden Tour Program. Both have been laid out in InDesign. We also need help with posters and flyers from time to time. - Financial/Accounting
- Do you have a financial background? Are you good with numbers?
Would you be interested in serving on our Board of Directors as our Treasurer or Financial Secretary?
