Hortense Miller Garden

Penny Pines Plantation

Sister Cities

On March 24, 2009, the Laguna Beach City Council unanimously approved the development of a Sister City Garden in Heisler Park on Cliff Drive just north of Jasmine Street. Click on the title or the photo to learn more.

Rose Garden in Heisler Park
